Marcelo Ruilova is a software engineer and AI practitioner with over 10 years of experience building production systems across multiple industries. His work spans backend architecture, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered automation pipelines.

After years working with traditional development teams, Marcelo recognized a fundamental inefficiency: most projects waste 60-70% of their budget on coordination, meetings, and rework — not actual development. He founded Code Cognition Studio to fix that.
